Strange kids...

Sunday FUNday BBQ at the house was fun!! The kids like always had a blast running all around and playing with every single toy in my house..The really wonderful thing was Karisma taught Makenzie today how to climb on the living room table. Yay us!! Towards the end of the BBQ all the kids wanted to do was sit underneath the kitchen table. All 3 of them looked so cute I just had to take a picture..too bad it's nearly impossible to get a good picture of an 18 month old, 2 year old and a 4 year old. One of the kids was always running away!! I was able to get a couple good ones though (even though I had to take like a million) haha.



Nice action shot...Makenzie went to give Karisma a hug but somehow they both ended on the floor with Makenzie on top of Karisma. How come when I go to pick up both kids Karisma just walks away like nothing happened and Makenzie starts crying?? I don't think Makenzie realized she was the one that fell on little Karisma and shouldn't be the one crying..

Makenzie actually let me do her hair this morning. I must say I did a pretty good job!! I'm the best ever!! Haha

One last thing...

I think this is my favorite age for Makenzie so far. She's like a little sponge and sometimes it's good and other times it's not. We've realized we have to stop cussing around her cause the other night she dropped something and said "oh shit" me and Justin both look at eachother and he asked her what she said and of course she says "oh shit". I know it's not the best parenting in the world but we both started giggling. I mean she said it so cute you couldn't help it.

She helps out alot around here. You ask her to put something in the trash and she'll do it but sometimes that also means that she'll pull something out of it in return. I guess we can't be too picky. Haha. Tux has this habit of getting a mouth full of food and bringing it into the living room and dropping it on the floor then he'll eat it (I know it's weird) anyways if he walks away from it Makenzie will pick up the dog food 1 at a time and put it in his bowl. Sometimes that also means she plays in his water bowl (I could do without that part).

You can ask her to get just about anything and she'll look around run up to whatever it is and haul ass to bring it to you. It's a fun game we play a lot since she has all the energy in the world why not use it!? Also her new thing is putting my shoes by the front door. I'll get home from work, sit on the couch and take off my shoes then ask her to put my shoes by the door and she gets super excited to do it.

I know that no one can judge me for having my kid do things for me cause I know that every other parent has done it and at least she likes doing it. I mean I better get as much help from her now cause when she's older I know it'll be a mission.

I know I said in the last post that there isnt anything else going on around here but now I really mean it!!!

Karma Kenzie...

So I'm a firm believer in karma always have been and always will. You know how Makenzie started off as a bully at daycare? Well yesterday when Justin went to pick her up they handed him an accident report. The report read "Makenzie was pulling on another kid when she fell and hit her head". I guess this kid seriously stood their ground!!! Haha

No she didn't get hurt. I don't think she even cried just bumped her head and kept it moving. I keep telling her that she can't keep beating up other kid cause eventually it will come back to get her like it has about 2 times already. Guess she has to be a little older then 18 months to understand that. Haha

Besides that everything is going good and there really isn't anything else going on around here at the McCoy household.

Gatorland

Justin, Marty and BG took Makenzie to Gatorland and they all had a blast. Justin's phone had died so he wasn't able to take any pictures but of course he bought one. I guess when your at Gatorland you gotta take a picture with a big scary animal. I'm glad that I wasn't there because I don't know if I would have let Makenzie take this picture. And by the look on Makenzie's face she's not too sure how she feels about this big snake!! But I promise you Makenzie had fun (probably just not at this part) They also told me that they were going to be able to go super close to the gators cause one of their friends works there but thankfully they left early!!!

Happy Fireworks Day!!!

Happy 4th of July!! Hope everyone got to see some good fireworks like we did. Of course my neighbors did the annual block party and like usual it was a blast!! Chris, Stephanie, Noone, Sade and Karisma all came over. At first Makenzie wanted nothing to do with the fireworks going off but after about 10 minutes of just whining she was good and loved watching them. I was really afraid of how she was going to do since she's usually knocked out by 7:30 but she made it all the way until 10pm. Hopefully that means she'll sleep in a little later tomorrow.

She loved riding her Barbie bike outside where there was a whole bunch of room to go. She really like driving up on the grass and getting stuck like she is here...

The fireworks scared the crap outta Justin...Hahaha

Justin bought the snake things that just make a big pile of ash that looks like crap. So when you have something like this what else do you do besides take pictures?? Hahaha

Update...

So Makenzie's been doing a lot better at daycare, she's playing nicely with all the kids!! Yay!! She's also learning a lot. Every week they learn a new part of the body and she'll point it out and say it, some you can understand and others you can't. I'll say "hair" and she'll rub her hair...when you ask where her belly is she'll pull her shirt up all the way and suck in her belly or sometimes she'll pull up her shirt and stick her finger in her bellybutton. Haha The really funny part was about a week ago I was giving her a bath and asking her where everything was and she got it all right so I did it again a little bit faster and then faster and then faster and before you know it she's going crazy in the bath tub trying to point everything out!! I thought that was the funniest thing I've ever seen!! You can even ask her where "Papa" is and she'll run over to the picture and point. So ocute!!!

Besides that I really don't think there's been anything else going on....

Isn't Makenzie so nice??? I wonder how I still get people to offer to watch her even though she tries to rip their nose off. Hahaha

Relaxing.....

Makenzie chillin in the car on the way to Tampa. There was a bad accident that turned a 90 minute ride into almost 3 hours...looks like it didn't bother her though she's just hanging out!!
