Yesterday when I went to pick up Kenzie from day care her teacher told me that she went Poo Poo in the potty!!! Yay!!!

Zoo day!!!

So this past Wednesday we had the bright idea to go to The Central Florida Zoo. I think we must have been the dumbest people ever!! I mean seriously, why would we choose to go when it's been over 100 degrees out everyday?? Me, Justin, Makenzie, Stephanie and Alyssa all packed in the "family mobile" and headed out. It's only like 40 minutes away so the drive wasn't that bad. When we first got there I guess we decided to take the scenic route to get through the zoo cause all we walked through at the first was a bunch of trees with signs talking about what animal is eventually going to be there. Finally after what felt like eternity we finally made it to where the animals where.

Now comes the fun part... all we basically saw were some monkeys and a llama. I think all the animals were hiding in the shade and laughing saying "look at those stupid humans sweating like crazy people in the sun". Makenzie really wasn't too impressed with the zoo. I think she's still too young so maybe we'll try again when she gets older but it will definitely be in the winter time!!!















All day she was obsessed with the toilet paper. She kept picking it up and walking around with it then she decided to put it down and sit on it. Of course being the good person I am I took pictures because it was just so cute!!

I can't get over it because it is JUNE 20th!! It was like 100 degrees here today and mom had snow in Colorado. How does that happen??

Precious Moment...

So earlier today when I went to put Kenzie in her high chair for dinner she looks up at the picture of my dad on the wall and says "papa" and blows him a kiss. It was so cute!!! I almost started crying!!! It's funny because sometimes when she's in her high chair I'll see her looking up and the picture and just smiling. As crazy as this seems but I believe that she knows who dad is and I love it!!!

Happy Birthday Grandpa!!

Saturday was Justin's dads 50th birthday party. It was one of the only surprise parties that I know of that actually stayed a surprise until he showed up. The house we were at had a really big yard and Makenzie kept running around like she's never been outside before. I honestly think she was the hit of the party cause she was super friendly and was keeping everyone entertained. They got a band to play and my darling daughter would go in front of the band while they were playing and pull her shirt up and flash them. It was really funny but I have no idea where she got it.

Justin thought it'd be nice to smash cake in his dads face but I believe that plan completely backfired cause Justin ended up like this. I think Steve is a master cake smasher hahahaha.

Today...

Makenzie had a doctors appointment today it went about as good as it could go considering she had to get 4 shots. She definitely could have done without that haha. Anyways she weighs 28.8lbs and is 33 inches. She is getting big super quick!!!

The only time Makenzie gets her hair done is at daycare. I like to tell people that she only gets it done there because she doesn't sit still long enough for me but the truth is I really don't have any talent to do anything. Hahaha today her teacher did these cute little braids on her.

When I went to pick her up today from daycare the teacher tells me she has an accident report for Makenzie and I said oh crap what'd she do now? She tells me that it wasn't Makenzie's fault this time but her and another boy were outside playing and somehow they both fell and she hit her eye on one of the chairs by the little house. I told Makenzie that it's karma for all the hell she puts the other kids thru. Is that mean? Now she just walks up to a kid and starts scratching their face and leaves a little mark. I feel bad it's not like her nails are long, I mean if i cut them any shorter I'd be cutting skin. I have to keep reminding her teacher that she's so much younger then the rest of the kids. She's like the youngest by 4 months I believe. She should hopefully grow out of this soon. Anyways it's just a small little bruise so don't be freaking out. You can see it a little bit in the picture.
